Something About Me...

Professionally, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist through the state of California (LMFT#77138). I have worked for small practices, as well as in community mental health settings. My clients range from issues with: eating disorders, personal identity, depression, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, loss/abandonment, etc.

In an attempt to find the right fit for you in therapy, I encourage you to “shop around”. Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience. Your connection with your therapist will play an important role in your process.

Personally, I am a world traveler; I believe that one’s mind can be opened as one travels and becomes involved and integrated into the culture. I have lived in Guadalajara, Mexico, as well as Madrid, Spain and have traveled to over 25 countries in the past 18 years. I found it important to take a study break between my undergraduate and graduate degrees, as I felt the need to obtain more real life experience.
